When adopting a mature dog please be mindful that a lot of patience will be required.  It takes at least three days for the dog to decompress after being taken to a new home, three weeks to get settled to your routine and three months to really feel that they now have a home and to bond to you.  We prefer a secure fenced in yard for these dogs and when walking to use a harness rather than a collar to keep them safe.  The one we recommend is the BOLUX dog harness available on Amazon.  Most will take the small or medium size fits most.


We have a great dog available for rehoming.  This is HAVEN'S BEAUMONT!  Beau is a beautiful black and white traditional Boston Terrier with a perfect build and coat pattern. He has a long line of Champions in his background.  He has sired many beautiful litters for us here.  Unfortunately, he is now related to our female breeders and are we not able to breed him back to them.  He is smaller and will make a great family pet.  Is used to a doggie door, so he will need a refresher on potty training.  Needs a fenced back yard and a soft couch to land on.  He's a very sweet dog.  If interested, please call Lauren at 931-588-6771 to discuss owning him.  Beau just turned 4 this past Feburary.  Birthdate is Feb. 14th, 2022.
